GS Spares and Accessories is a Husband and Wife run business. In early 2006, after years of camping and caravanning, we saw how the prices of caravan, motorhome and camping related goods varied, most of them being over priced. We took the plunge and over the summer of 2006 we bought our stock and set up in Kent as ‘Mobile Caravan and Motorhome Spares and Accessories’ i.e. customers ring us and we deliver to site. GS Spares are committed to providing Quality goods at reasonable prices.

Terms

PRICES & VAT 
All prices displayed are in £'s sterling and are inclusive of VAT. The prices are correct as of January 2012. 
If there is an occasion where there is an error on the website, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices for the life of the website, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation (e.g. vat), currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down. 

GUARANTEE 

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase, subject to manufacturers terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. 

AVAILABILITY 
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost. 

PART DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS 
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries. 

RETURNS PROCEDURE 
All goods returned must be clearly labelled and include full documentation, including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable. 
If required the company offers a collection service, please call for a quote. 

SPECIFICATION 
Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications in this website are correct at the time of publication, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published. 

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS 
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. 
After the cancellation of the order it is the buyers responsabiliy to return the goods to us. 
This does not apply to business to business transactions. 
Distance Selling States that consumers must return the goods to us if the consumer cancel a contract under the DSRs
